Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live and that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, payment, customizing (if applicable), quality check and packaging require a 2-3 day processing time prior to shipping.
Custom Bulk ordering may require longer processing times, and will be discussed during consultation.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mailing, USPS First Class Mail or UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, depending on shipping selected at check out. All shipped orders come with a tracking number.
Local Orders: Once "Pick Up Is Ready" email is received, please contact support@divinitykulture.com to coordinate pick up time and location.
Pick Up Orders will be available 48-72 hrs based on completed payment.

Should your order take longer, you will be contacted via email.

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products; ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If you are not familiar with our products we suggest ordering something neutral or requesting samples if you are not sure you will like the scent of the product you are ordering.
Our Neutral favorites are "Simply Shea", "Vanilla Oats & Honey" & "Green Tea & Sage".
